The Urban Planning Student Association (UPSA), represents graduate and non-degree students pursuing a Master's degree or a Certificate in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Texas at San Antonio. The association began in August of 2011.

 

During its first year the UPSA had seven members and by the second year membership had doubled. The organization encourages all College of Architecture, Construction, and Planning graduate and non-degree seeking students to participate in extra-curricular activities.
